Quality Management according to ISO 9001:2015

Following a two-day audit by the German Accreditation Body, proDERM’s quality management system was evaluated as being in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

The quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001 specifies minimum requirements for a quality management system which an organization must fulfill. In eight chapters in its original version, it describes standards with regard to elements including the QM system, leadership responsibilities, resource management, product realization as well as measurement, analysis and improvement.

A revised version of this standard – ISO 9001:2015 – was published in September 2015. The accreditation bodies grant those companies who are certified according to ISO 9001 a three-year time period to implement the new standard, which involves significant changes.

The persons responsible at proDERM have intensively worked on further developing our quality management system in recent weeks and months and gotten it ready for ISO 9001:2015. This was confirmed by the audit and the associated certification.
